Can I get an online consultation to discuss pricing before travelling?
Absolutely. If you send us your requests along with photos or videos via WhatsApp our customer service team will have our dermatologists review your visuals. We will then provide you with detailed information, including pricing, in a very short time.
Are there any taxes or additional fees on top of the listed prices?
Our listed prices include all applicable taxes and fees. There are no additional hidden charges. We do not add any commission or taxes to the prices we provide you.
How do the prices compare to those in my home country?
Many of our patients find that our prices are significantly lower than those in their home countries, while maintaining high standards of care and service.
We use high-quality products from Europe and the USA, and all procedures are performed by experienced and leading dermatologists in Turkey.
If you are coming from a Western European country like Germany or the UK, you would likely pay 50-80% more for the same dermatological procedures performed by a dermatologist in your home country. We offer competitive prices without compromising on quality.
Are the prices different for local and international patients?
No, our prices are the same for both local and international patients. That’s why we confidently share our prices in Turkish Lira on our website.
You can make payments based on the exchange rate on the day of your procedure.
We use Google's exchange rate, which you can easily access when you visit our clinic.
Note: For hair transplant services, prices are listed in the currency of the UK, as most of our patients are from there, and costs for transfers, hotel accommodation, and direct currency fluctuations are included.
Do I need to pay a deposit to secure my treatment date?
As we are a very busy clinic, we may sometimes require a deposit to guarantee your booking. Please contact us for more details.
How can I pay for my treatment?
Cash, bank transfers, credit and debit cards are among the ways we take payments.
International patients should inquire about any transaction fees with their bank.
How do your prices compare with other clinics in Antalya?

How long is the quoted price valid?
If there is no more than a 1-month gap between the quoted price and your appointment, the price we shared with you will remain the same. While our prices are listed in Turkish Lira and can change due to high inflation in Turkey, we guarantee that the price we provide will remain the same for a month.
Is there an extra charge for follow-up support?
No, there is no extra charge for follow-up support. Many of our international patients appreciate that they can get their questions answered even months after returning to their home countries. We frequently hear feedback like, "Such service would be impossible to get in our own country." You are welcome to ask any questions after your treatment, and we will respond promptly.
