In our institution, the Patients' Rights Department has been established to manage processes related to patients' rights.
Patients' Rights Department staff are always ready to meet with all patients who receive or want to receive services at our clinic, and their families, to ensure a high level of satisfaction with the services.
You can always express your opinion in person or in writing. We assess your feedback with the relevant department managers and work to improve the quality of our services in accordance with your requirements. We provide feedback to the patient and/or his / her relatives who have notified the department of the decisions and results made after the assessment.
You can contact the Patients’ Rights Department to report your opinion, suggestions and/or complaints.

The working hours of the Patients’ Rights Department are from 09.00 to 17.30 on weekdays.
