RIGHTS OF THE PATIENT
RIGHTS OF PERSONS WISHING TO RECEIVE MEDICAL SERVICES IN OUR CLINIC
The rights of patients in the Regulation on the Patients’ Rights of the Ministry of Health published in the Official Gazette of 01.08.1998 under number 23420 are defined as follows:
Patient rights are the rights of people who need to use medical services on the mere ground that they are people, and they are guaranteed and protected by the Constitution of the Republic of Turkey, international treaties, laws and other legislative acts.
Below we have tried to provide you with basic information and clarifications about patients' rights.

1. There are no preconditions for receiving our services
In our clinic, you have the right to receive services on an equal basis, regardless of race, language, religion, sect, gender, political opinion, philosophical conviction, as well as economic and social status.
2. You have the right to be informed
You have the right to learn about all types of services and opportunities.
3. You have the right to choose and change a medical facility
You have the right to choose our clinic, which is a medical institution or changes your choice at your discretion.
4. You have the right to find out information about personnel, choose or change personnel
You have the right to know the identity, responsibilities and titles of the doctors and other personnel who will provide services to you in our institution, and to select and change them within the capabilities of our institution.
5. You have the right to request information
You have the right to request orally and in writing any information about your health status or the health status of a person under the age of 18 for whom you are a guardian.
6. You have the right to privacy
You have the right to receive all types of medical services in a confidential environment within the framework of our institution's applicable policies.
7. No action will be taken without your consent and permission
You have the right to use our services subject to your consent prior to proceeding with our facility and within the framework of your consent. This situation can be changed by the emergency response in case of legal loss of consciousness.
8. You have the right to refuse and stop
You have the right to refuse treatment or to demand that it is stopped during your treatment at our clinic.
9. You have the right to safety
You have the right to use the services of our institution in a safe environment.
10. You have the right to be respected
When you receive services in our facility you have the right to friendly, gentle and compassionate medical care with due respect.
11. You have the right to comfort
In our clinic, you have the right to receive medical services in a hygienic environment, away from the noise and disturbing factors.
12. You have the right to request an accompanying person
You have the right to request the presence of an accompanying person within the law, rules of medical institutions and organizations, and if the doctor deems it appropriate.
13. You have the right to file an application, complaint and take legal action
In case of violation of your rights in our institution, you have the right to use all kinds of statements, complaints and claims within the framework of the law. You can direct these requests to our Patients’ Rights Department (http://dk-klinik-en.denemehosting.com/department-for-patients-rights).
14. You have the right to continuous service
You have the right to use the services of our institution as long as necessary.
15. You have the right to express your opinion
You have the right to express your opinion about the services provided by our institution.
